My expertise encompasses foundation and county grant proposals, in-depth funding research, and strategic program alignment - all grounded in a rigorous commitment to compliance, deadlines, and accountability.
Prior to transitioning into grant development, I spent 29 years as a full-time Realtor, building a career rooted in trust, precision, and results. This background sharpened my ability to manage complex documentation, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and navigate highly regulated environments - skills that translate seamlessly into effective grant strategy.
